Back to Work + Faith 4-5 Gathering

Was back at work on Saturday after a week long leave because of Chloe. Was abit "sotong" and took some time to get everything in place... hehe

After work, I went down to meet my sec school classmates at Oasia Hotel for a simple buffet dinner. Chloe tagged along as usual.......ofcos she was excited to see Uncle Mervyn again. She LOVES him for some reason. ^^

My dear Chloe totally ignored the objective of " Tumbling Monkeys " which is to collect as little monkeys as you can. WE GOT THE MOST MONKEYS so yup.....COST ME 30BUCKS! -_-'''

Played Pictionary till time's up and everyone went their separate ways...Reached home just after 1am and Chloe was still active as ever....talked NON stop about meeting all the uncles and aunties and made me promise to bring her back to play the sushi game that she really wanted.

It's great to meet up with the peeps! Not all in attendance but it was A BLAST! Nice to catch up with friends and see how well they are doing. Hope to have more gathering in the future!

I'm so glad that Chloe's painful ordeal is over!!! All the packing has been removed!! YAY!!!!

So now we're hoping the wound will heal nicely leaving no bad scars. *fingers crossed*

One more appointment with the prof next week and I hope its the last. Not a good thing when u walk in and all the nurses seems to know you. -_-'''

Update On Chloe

Brought Chloe down to KKH and A&E doctor said they were not specialized in this and thus slot in an urgent appointment for us the very next morning at the ENT clinic. The prof had suggested minor surgery would be best for her. So Chloe was admitted and scheduled for surgery the very same day. It was the worst day of my life. I had to hold the mask and put Chloe to sleep. It's emotionally draining and I still cry when I think about it. =...(

Admitted to KKH on the 10th FEB

10th FEB after Surgery.

11th FEB. Having Breakfast in the hospital. Chloe in good mood!

Although she was discharged, we still had to bring her back to change the dressing everyday and its absolutely painful to watch your child scream and cry in pain. Feel so sad because I can't help. The only thing was to ask her to hug me tight or squeeze my hand when its painful. =(

Prof had a look at it today and said that they will remove all of the packing tmr. High chance that they do not need to re-insert new packing. I'm crossing my fingers!

My Off Day!

It's my off day today so I went to Daiso after Chloe left for school.

So many great finds as usual!I'm a happy mummybut I know my hubby would scream if he was back home.... =X

OOOooooh and I started using Instagram for the first time today since having it installed on my iphone for months... ^^
